SPC Kozmetik
Our company was founded in 1980 by Ahmet ÇELEBİ under the name of Ahsan Kimya for the purpose of chemical raw material trade. Since 1982, it has also started to produce Depilatory Powder products along with chemical raw material trade. Emmak “Rusma Gül” Hair Removal Powder has reached the majority of pharmacies in the Turkish market with its product.
After the changes in the partnership structure in 2005, it continues its commercial activities with its new title, SPC Kozmetik.
With its establishment, SPC Kozmetik moved its organization to its location in Seyrantepe, Istanbul and continued its production. Our company, which continued its new product development studies between 2005 and 2008, started to produce its products in Laminated Tubes by investing in a Laminated Tube Filling Line in 2008.
SPC Kozmetik, which continued its production in Seyrantepe until 2010, diversified its product range and started to offer different products to its customers.
SPC Kozmetik, which moved to its new production facility in Istanbul Beykoz campus in January 2010, continued to supply products to its customers with a quality and sustainable service approach in this campus until December 2019.
Our company, as of December 2019, has moved to its 2400 m2 closed and 1000 m2 open area in Kırklareli Lüleburgaz has started to provide service in its new production facility. Our company, which has pushed the production infrastructure to obtain the best conditions, has started production by making agreements with many corporate companies in this campus.
Today, SPC Kozmetik serves its domestic and international customers with its annual toothpaste production capacity of approximately 50,000,000 units, its own brand and contract manufacturing opportunities. Our company can produce toothpaste in volumes ranging from 3 ml to 250 ml, and mouthwash in volumes ranging from 50 ml to 500 ml.
Our company, which has a total of 750 m2 of production area that is independent from the outside environment, closed and ventilated by creating positive pressure with HEPA filters, always keeps product quality under control with its physical chemical, microbiology, R&D and quality control laboratories.
Our company, ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 22716 Cosmetics It has GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices in Cosmetics) certificates.
