SPC Kozmetik’s corporate purpose is to protect customer – consumer loyalty and brand value with reliable, innovative products and service approach that comply with world and country standards, and to be the brand they prefer every time, by offering products that meet or exceed the expectations of our consumers and customers and to make them happy. We aim to grow sustainably and profitably by using our food safety and quality management system effectively.
- Every SPC Kozmetik employee is responsible for quality. We all have a role in maintaining SPC Kozmetik’s product quality management and continuous quality improvement, and a passion for providing our consumers with a superior experience.
- Product safety is ensured throughout the entire chain from raw material and packaging material procurement to production, storage, distribution and delivery to our customers.
- All Quality Management Standards are meticulously implemented and our performance is continuously improved.
- We reduce risks by implementing the Risk Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system.
- Suppliers and third party companies are effectively managed to ensure that the supplied raw materials, packaging materials and finished products comply with SPC Cosmetics’ specifications and conditions.
- We design the facilities, processes and equipment to meet the quality conditions of the products, and our resources are used effectively.
- In cases where a product is deemed to be non-compliant in terms of quality and needs to be withdrawn; In the entire supply chain, products are found quickly and effectively and their traceability is ensured, and SPC Kozmetik Recall Procedure is applied to minimize the negative impact of non-conforming products on the market.
- The risk of imitation and adulteration is assessed in all our processes from raw material purchase to finished product, measures and precautions are taken to eliminate this risk and product safety is ensured.
- An effective system is implemented to effectively collect messages and communications from consumers and customers and to respond appropriately, and to ensure that necessary actions are taken for preventive and corrective activities.
- International technical knowledge and experience are followed and technological developments are reflected in product quality. Our systems are shared with our business partners, universities, public institutions and organizations to contribute to product safety and processes.
